Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged prior to delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@sutracultureconnects.com with your Order ID and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

Our team will review and verify the issue. If the return is approved, we will arrange the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund of the eligible product amount.

Return Item Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed for hygiene and quality reasons.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and other accompanying materials, wherever applicable.

Products without their original tags or packaging may not be accepted for return.

Customers should take reasonable care of the product until the return request has been reviewed and resolved.

Non-Refundable Items

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number or tracking information, wherever available.

The following products and orders are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
• Return requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
• Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer, or purchased using a discount or coupon code, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise modified after delivery are not eligible for return.
• Returns based solely on a change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of the product are not accepted.

Cancellation

• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before the order has been shipped.
• Orders cancelled before shipment will be eligible for a full refund, subject to the applicable payment processing timelines.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Any subsequent return request will be subject to our Return Policy.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at info@sutracultureconnects.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
