Cancellation Policy

Sutra Culture Connects aims to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience for all customers. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 12 hours of placing an order.
• For eligible cancellations, refunds for payments made through online payment methods will generally be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.
• If any customization or alteration service, including blouse stitching, fall/pico, blouse detachment, tasseling, or any other customization, has been carried out at the customer's request, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Return & Exchange Policy

• All products are carefully checked for quality and defects before being dispatched.
• If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at info@sutracultureconnects.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide the required details and supporting photographs.
• The decision to accept or reject a return request rests solely with the Sutra Culture Connects team and will be made after reviewing the circumstances of the request.
• Once a product has been shipped, returns will not be accepted unless the product meets the conditions specified under our return policy.
• Products that are simply disliked by the customer or do not meet personal preferences are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Product photographs are taken under controlled lighting conditions. While we make every reasonable effort to accurately represent the colours of our products, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor, mobile phone, computer, or other device settings.
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and with the original packaging and accompanying materials, wherever applicable, to be eligible for a full credit or exchange. This requirement is non-negotiable.
• Once a return or exchange request has been approved by the Sutra Culture Connects team, the refund or exchange will generally be processed within 7 working days, subject to applicable banking and payment gateway timelines.
• An exchange facility, where applicable, shall be provided only once per order. Repeated or subsequent exchange requests will not be entertained.

Payment Policy

Sutra Culture Connects offers secure online payment options through the payment methods and gateways made available on the website.

Customers may make payments using the cards, banking methods, wallets, or other payment options supported by the applicable payment gateway at the time of purchase.

In case of a partial or full refund due to product unavailability or an approved cancellation or return, the applicable refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the respective payment gateway or bank.

The prices displayed on the website are the applicable selling prices at the time of purchase. Sutra Culture Connects reserves the right to offer or withdraw discounts, promotions, or special pricing at its discretion.

Sutra Culture Connects is not responsible for any fraudulent activity that may occur while making a payment through a third-party payment gateway. Payment transactions are processed through the respective payment service provider's secure systems. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving payment-related difficulties.

Cash on Delivery may not be available for all products or orders. Availability of payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Blouse / Fall / Pico / Customisation

Customers are advised to carefully check and review their measurements and customization requirements before submitting an order.

If you have forgotten to provide any required information while placing your order, please contact us at info@sutracultureconnects.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request where possible.

Any changes to measurements or customization requirements must be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this period may not be accepted.

Once customization work has commenced, no changes, cancellations, or refunds may be possible.

Pricing Information

Sutra Culture Connects makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, typographical, technical, or other errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to an error, Sutra Culture Connects reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product.

If payment has already been processed for an order that is subsequently cancelled due to an incorrect price or product information, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, product information, availability, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Prices and availability displayed online may differ from prices or availability at physical stores, exhibitions, retail locations, or other sales channels, where applicable.

Electronic Communications

When you register, subscribe, place an order, or otherwise interact with Sutra Culture Connects through the website, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically.

You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, confirmations, updates, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Legal Jurisdiction
